AUSTIN FOUNDED FAIY Austin City Council MINUTES : CITY COUNCIL'S AUDIT COMMITTEE MEETING November 18, 1992 3:00 Ρ.Μ. ROOM 303 MUNICIPAL BUILDING - Mayor Todd called to order the City Council Audit Committee Meeting, noting the presence of Councilmembers Garcia, Larson, Epstein and Reynoalds. 3:00 р.п. 1. Briefing on Opportunities for Youth Audit Briefing was presented by City Auditor Helen Niesner. The document is on file in the City Clerk's office. 3:30 p.m. Continue with Remainder of Agenda 2. Discuss and Approve FY 93 Service Plan (including discussion of Convention Center Audit) Approved, on Councilmember Reynolds' motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, 5-0 Vote. 3. Discuss objectives of the Limited Scope ("Special Purpose") Audit of Barton Springs/Edwards Aquifer Conservation District Audit Committee members discussed. At this point the meeting lost a quorum of the Council. Councilmembers Epstein and Larson left the room at 4:25 P.M. The discussion of agenda items continued until 4:50 Ρ.Κ. 4.
