Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy, who arrived for an afternoon portion of the meeting at 3:30 P.M. Briefing on Economic Development Incentives : Briefing was presented by Jim Smith, Director, Public Works and Transportation." RESOLUTIONS. 2. 3. Authorize execution of a License Agreement with Southwestern Bell Telephone Company for a crossing of the City-owned railroad right-of-way at AU & NW Milepost 53.54, with waiver of annual fees for said license.
