Judge Aleshire called to order the meeting of the Commissioner's Court, noting the presence of all its members. Mayor Pro Tem Urdy called to order the Austin/Travis County Health Oversight Committee, noting the presence of all members. Mayor Todd announced the purpose of the meeting was as follows: 1. To receive a report from the Brackenridge Hospital Restructuring Committee Report given by Chris Eakle. 2. To receive a report from the Health Care Task Force Report given by Kevin Reed. 3. To receive City Manager's analysis of Health Care Task Force and subcommittee's recommendations Discussion was held. 4. To hear presentation by Health and Human Services staff on coordination of health care services for indigent residents of Austin and Travis County Presentation was by Diana Borja. 5. 6. To receive citizen comments regarding the creation of a Health Services and Financing District and creation of a Municipal Hospital Authority to lease Brackenridge Hospital from the City of Austin.
