TOWN LAKE CENTER ASSEMBLY ROOM Mayor Pro Tem Urdy called to order the meeting of the City Council Aviation Subcommittee, noting the absence of Councilmember Nofziger. Approval of Minutes of November 30, 1992 Council Aviation Subcommittee Meeting. On Councilmember Reynolds motion, Councilmember Larson's second, 6-0 Vote, Councilmember Nofziger absent. 2. Consideration of Recommended Parking Concessionaire for Robert Mueller Municipal Airport and Recommendation for Council Action 3. 4. 5. By consensus, Council agreed with Councilmember Reynolds suggestion of taking the contract to the City Council for decision. At this point, Councilmember Larson left the meeting. Consideration of Recommended Program Management Support Consultant for Bergstrom Airport and Recommendation for Council Action. Approved Parsons Brinckerhoff, on Councilmember Epstein's motion, Councilmember Garcia's second, 4-0-1 Vote, Councilmembers Larson and Nofziger absent, Councilmember Reynolds abstained. Approval of Bergstrom Reuse Plan Goals and Objectives On Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Epstein's second, 5-0 Vote, Councilmembers Larson and Nofziger absent.
