City of San Antonio, et al., Cause No. 88-923-E, in the 101st District Court of Dallas County, Texas. Advice from Counsel Section 551.071 - Discussion of ownership interest in South Texas Nuclear Plant. Discussion of amendment to Chapter 5-7, Minority-Owned and Women-Owned Business Enterprise Procurement Program. Discussion of status of Milburn Investments, Inc., et al v. City of Austin, et al; Cause No. 93-08464; in the 261st Judicial District Court of Travis County, Texas. Land Acquisition - Section 551.072 7.
