Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmember Shea. EXECUTIVE SESSION (No Public Discussion on These Items) 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. 6. The City Council will announce that it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. City of San Antonio, et al., Cause No. 88-923-E, in the 101st District Court of Dallas County, Texas. Advice from Counsel Section 551.071 - Discussion of ownership interest in South Texas Nuclear Plant.
