OF AUST POUNDED 192 Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING - January 19, 1994 TOWN LAKE CENTER - 1:30 Ρ.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the special meeting of the Council at 2:02 P.M., acknowledging the presence of Councilmembers Nofziger and Reynolds and noting they would begin, even though there was not yet a quorum. Councilmember Garcia arrived at 2:30 P.M. and Councilmember Goodman arrived at 2:35 P.M. Mayor Pro Tem Urdy and Councilmember Shea vere absent from the meeting. PREVIEW OF ITEMS FOR NEXT COUNCIL MEETING (February 3, 1994) 1. 2. Review of Proposed Agenda Items from City Manager for February 3, 1994: a. Discussion of legal issues related to property located within the 504.9 contour line (Executive Session). Review of Proposed Agenda Items from Council for February 3, 1994: a. No Smoking Ordinance (Mayor Bruce Todd and Gus Garcia) b. Ordinance prohibiting loitering for the purpose of illegal drug activities or prostitution. (Councilmembers Brigid Shea and Gus Garcia and Mayor Bruce Todd.) Mayor Todd called attention to Item 1. and 2., but there was no discussion. BOARD AND COMMISSION REPORTS 3.
