MINUTES OF THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING January 20, 1994 The meeting was called to order at 4:40 p.m. Present: Gus Garcia, Jackie Goodman, Ronney Reynolds, Charles Urdy, Max Absent: Nofziger Brigid Shea, Bruce Todd Agenda Item No. 83 (1): Approve Minutes of September 30, 1993 meeting and December 16, 1993 meeting Motion The Board, on Board Member Garcia's motion and Board Member Reynold's second, approved the minutes on a 5-0-2 vote with Board Members Shea and Todd absent. Agenda Item No. 84 (2): Approve a resolution authorizing issuance of up to $7,000,000 aggregate principal amount of Austin Housing Finance Corporation Multifamily Housing Revenue Refunding Bonds (Stassney Woods Apartments Project) Series 1994, to refund Austin Housing Finance Corporation Multifamily Mortgage Revenue Note, (Stassney Woods Apartments Projects) Series 1985; authorizing a loan agreement, deed of trust and other documents relating thereto Motion The Board, on Board Member Garcia's motion and Board Member Goodman's second, approved the resolution on a 5-0-2 vote with Board Members Shea and Todd absent.
