AUSTI FOUNDED SA Austin City Council MINUTES - February 03, 1994 SPECIAL CALLED MEETING OFFICE OF THE MAYOR 10:00 Α.Μ. Councilmember Nofziger called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Todd and Mayor Pro Tem Urdy. EXECUTIVE SESSION 1. 2. The City Council will announce that it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Advice from Counsel Section 551.071 - Discuss legal issues related to resolution of Brackenridge Hospital difficulties and the need for outside counsel to assist in analyzing alternatives. Discuss the terms, conditions and covenants of the Circle "C" Municipal Utility District #4 Waterworks and Sewer System Combination Unlimited Tax and Revenue Bonds Series 1993. RECESSED AND ADJOURNMENT The Council recessed for executive session at 10:10 A.M. and adjourned its meeting at 12:10 P.Μ. ! :
