Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL MEETING - February 10, 1994 5:00 P.K. Mayor Todd called to order the special called meeting of the Council, noting the absence Councilmember Urdy. The Mayor announced the Council vas convened for the following purpose: ITEM FROM COUNCIL 1. Accept the resignation of Councilmember Charles E. Urdy, Place 6. (Councilmember Charles E. Urdy) Accept on Councilmember Garciars motion, Councilmember Shea's second, 5-0 ; . vote, Mayor Fro Teat Nofxiger out of the room, Councilmember Urdy absent.
