• MINUTES OF THE AUSTIN HOUSING CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING March 03, 1994 The meeting was called to order at 3:54 p.m. Present: Brigid Shea, Bruce Todd, Jackie Goodman, Ronney Reynolds, Max Nofziger Absent: Charles Urdy, Gus Garcia Agenda Item No. 30 (1) Approve Minutes of January 20, 1994 meeting. Motion a The Board, on Board Member Nofziger's motion and Board Member Shea's second approved the resolution on 4-0-2 vote with Board Member Goodman out of the room and Board Members Urdy and Garcia absent. to Agenda Item No. 31 (2) Approve negotiation and execution of a contract amendment to the Urban Homesteading Program Agreement with the City of Austin which will authorize home ownership opportunities eligible low income families under the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's (HUD) HOME and CDBG federal grant programs. Motion The Board, on Board Member Shea's motion and Board Member Goodman's second approved the resolution on a 5-0-2 vote with Board Member Goodman out of the room and Board Members Urdy and Garcia absent. Agenda Item No. 32 (3) Amend the Austin Housing Finance Corporation 1993-94 budget by accepting a $150,000 grant from the 19th Year Community Development Block Grant Dollar Home Program to fund the acquisition of homes for the Urban Homesteading Program. Motion The Board, on Board Member Shea's motion and Board Member Goodman's second approved the resolution on a 5-0-2 vote with Board Members Urdy and Garcia absent.
