Approve second reading of an ordinance amending Chapter 13-2 of the Austin City Code rezoning property locally known as 10614 Research Boulevard, Case No. C14-94-0040, from "GR", General Office & "GR-CO" community Commercial-Conditional Overlay to "GR-CO" Community Commercial-Conditional Overlay, TEXAS COMMERCE BANK (Scott V. Krieger), by Site Specifics (Bobbie Jo Cornelius). First reading on May 26, 1994; Vote 4-0 (Councilmember Garcia abstained and Shea absent.) Conditions met as follows: Conditional overlay incorporates conditions imposed by Council.
