UST FOUNDID 1839 \ Austin City Council MINUTES - SPECIAL CALLED MEETING Retreat at Reicher Ranch - July 19, 1994 9:00 Α.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all of the Council. 1. Welcome and Introduction Presentation by Ralph Gohring and Kevin O'Shea 2. Express and understand concerns related to internal operational issues and identify next actions in key areas. 1 3. Express and understand concerns related to external issues, what citizens want and need, and identify next actions in key operational areas. 4. Identify and agree upon those items necessary to sustain and improve teamwork among Council members.
