SPECIAL CALLED MEETING TOWN LAKE CENTER 1:30 Ρ.Μ. - Mayor Pro Tem Nofziger called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Shea who arrived at 7:30 p.m. and Mayor Todd.
