M POUNDID 1839 Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - August 11, 1994 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR 10:00 Α.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Goodman. T EXECUTIVE SESSION The City Council will announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters as specifically listed on the meeting agenda. Council would take any subsequent action in the open meeting as listed on the agenda. The City Council may also announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, to receive advice from Legal Counsel regarding any other item listed on the agenda. Land Acquisition Section 551.072 - 37. Discuss the real property acquisition of the U.S. 290/SH 71 project. (Westgate Blvd. to Brodie Lane) 38. Discuss fee simple acquisition of real property located at 4108 Todd Lane for a Solid Waste Vehicle Maintenance Facility for the Environmental & Conservation Services Department. 39. Discuss fee simple acquisition of real property located in the 4000 block of Todd Lane for a Solid Waste Vehicle Maintenance Facility for the Environmental & Conservation Services Department, and additional parking and storage for the Service Center No. 5 of the Water and Wastewater Utility. RECESSED AND ADJOURNMENT The Council recessed for executive session at 10:02 A.M. and adjourned its meeting at 10:12 Α.Μ.
