Mayor Todd called to order the nee ting of the Council, noting the Absence of Councllnembers Mitchell and Reynolds. BRIEFINGS AND DISCUSSIONS 1. BRACKENRIDGE HOSPITAL GOVERNANCE OPTIONS ANALYSIS Presented by Richard Levis and Betty Dunkerley ACTION ON THE FOLLOWING 2.
