Mayor Todd called to order the retreat of the Council, noting the presence of all of the Council. 1. Welcome and Introduction 2. Review results of concerns related to internal operational issues and identify next actions in key areas. 3. Express and understand concerns related to external issues, what citizens want and need, and identify next actions in key operational areas. 4. Identify and agree on those items necessary to sustain and improve teamwork among Council members. 5. Discuss Budget Priorities and Council Goals for FY 1994-95.
