YO POUNDID SEA Austin City Council MINUTES : SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - September 15, 1994 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR 10:00 Α.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Reynolds. EXECUTIVE SESSION (No Public Discussion on These Items) The City Council will announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters as specifically listed on the meeting agenda. Council would take any subsequent action in the open meeting as listed on the agenda. Staff Briefing - Section 551.075 1. Staff briefing on recent Federal aviation legislation, FAA grant allocations, airline discussions and the financial plan for the new airport project. (No City Council deliberations permitted under Section 551.075). Pending/Contemplated Litigation Section 551.071 2. Discuss status of Mary F. Moreno v. The City of Austin, Texas; Cause No. 93-05272. RECESSED AND ADJOURNMENT The Council recessed for executive session at 10:09 A.M. and adjourned its meeting at 11:38 Α.Μ.
