円 Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING December 04, 1994 COUNCIL CHAMBERS 1:00 Ρ.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Councilmember Mitchell. ORDINANCE 1. Adopt an ordinance creating a moratorium on development applications in the Barton Springs Zone and the watersheds which contribute to Barton Springs. (Councilmembers Goodman and Shea) Ordinance 941204-A approved on Councilmember Shea's motion, Councilmember Goodman's second, 4-2 vote, Mayor Todd and Councilmember Reynolds voting No, Councilmember Mitchell absent. EXECUTIVE SESSION Executive Session was held from 1:05 P.M. until 1:55 Ρ.Μ. The City Council will announce that it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters. No final action will be taken on any subject or matter unless specifically listed on the agenda for this meeting. Advice From Counsel Section 551.071 2.
