• MINUTES OF THE AUSTIN HOUSING CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING December 15, 1994 The meeting was called to order at 3:43 p.m. Present: Bruce Todd, Max Nofziger, Gus Garcia Jackie Goodman, Eric Mitchell Ronney Reynolds, Brigid Shea Absent: Agenda Item No. 80 (1) Approve Minutes of September 29, 1994 meeting. Motion The Board, on Board Member Gus Garcia's motion and Board Member Jackie Goodman's second approved the Resolution on a 6-0-0 vote with Board Member Ronney Reynolds out of the room. Agenda Item No. 81 (2) Accept $50,000 in Rental Rehabilitation Funds and amend the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) 1994-1995 budget by increasing appropriations by $100,000 to fund the rehabilitation of Meadow Glen Apartments located at 7418 Cameron Road. Motion The Board, on Board Member Gus Garcia's motion and Board Member Jackie Goodman's second approved the resolution on a 7-0-0 vote. The meeting was adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
