FOUNDED SPE Austin City Council MINUTES 1 SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - December 15, 1994 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR - 10:00 Α.Μ. Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the presence of all of the Council. : EXECUTIVE SESSION (No Public Discussion on These Items) The City Council will announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters as specifically listed on the meeting agenda. Council would take any subsequent action in the open meeting as listed on the agenda. Land Acquisition Section 551.072 - 1. Discuss fee simple acquisition of real property for the construction of the Brushy Creek Regional Vastewater System. 2. Discuss fee simple acquisition of real property for the construction of Creek Bend Flood Control Project. 3. Discuss fee simple acquisition of real property for the construction of a police substation and a fire station. 4. Discuss fee simple acquisition of real property for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Advice from Counsel Section 551.071 - 5. Seek legal advice on Jerry.J. Quick, et al v.
