MINUTES OF THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING February 23, 1995 The meeting was called to order at 3:33 p.m. Present: Bruce Todd, Max Nofziger, Gus Garcia, Ronney Reynolds, Brigid Shea, Jackie Goodman, Eric Mitchell Absent: == == Agenda Item No. 51 (1) Approve Minutes of December 15, 1994, meeting. Motion The Board, on Board Member Gus Garcia's motion and Board Member Brigid Shea's second approved the Resolution on a 5-0-0 vote with Board Members Jackie Goodman and Eric Mitchell out of the room. Agenda Item No. 52 (2) Approve a resolution to appoint Andrew Martin as General Counsel of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. Motion The Board, on Board Member Gus Garcia's motion and Board Member Max Nofziger's second approved the resolution on a 5-0-0 vote with Board Members Jackie Goodman and Eric Mitchell out of the room. Agenda Item No. 53 (3) Approve a resolution to reappoint Vicky Valdez Gomez, and appoint Oscar Rodriguez, Martin Gonzalez and Bill Cook to the Board of Directors of the Austin Redevelopment Corporation for a three year term. Motion The Board, on Board Member Max Nofziger's motion and Board Member Gus Garcia's second approved the resolution on a 5-0-0 vote with Board Members Jackie Goodman and Brigid Shea out of the room. Motion The Board, on Board Member Gus Garcia's motion and Board Member Max Nofziger's second approved the resolution on a 5-0-0 vote with Board Members Jackie Goodman and Brigid Shea out of the room.
