Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING - February 23, 1995 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR 10:00 Α.Μ. - Mayor Todd called to order the meeting of the Council, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Ten Nofziger and Councilmembers Mitchell and Shea. EXECUTIVE SESSION (No Public Discussion on These Itens) The City Council vill announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, pursuant to Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code, to receive advice from Legal Counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, litigation and personnel matters as specifically listed on this agenda. The City Council may also announce it will go into Executive Session, if necessary, to receive advice from Legal Counsel regarding any other item on this agenda. Real Estate Acquisition - Section 551.072 1. Discuss fee simple acquisition for the Austin-Bergstrom International Airport. Real Estate Section 551.072 - 2. Discuss possible real estate transactions related to Brackenridge Hospital. RECESSED AND ADJOURNMENT The Council recessed for executive session at 10:15 A.M. and adjourned its meeting at 11:12 Α.Μ.
