BRIEFINGS AND DISCUSSIONS 3. PRESENTATION ON PROPOSED BRACKENRIDGE/SETON LEASE AGREEMENT. Presentation given by Betty Dunkerley, Sue Milam, Rafael Quintanilla, David Coats, Chuck Griffith, John Stevens, Charles Barnett, Mike Stone, Lloyd Green, Therese Wareham (Kaufman, Hall & Assoc., Inc.), and Barry Sargraves (NUVEEN & Co., Inc.).
