MINUTES OF THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING September 14, 1995 The meeting was called to order at 3:50 p.m. Present: Absent: Max Nofziger, Ronney Reynolds, Jackie Goodman, Gus Garcia, Eric Mitchell Bruce Todd, Brigid Shea Agenda Item No. 53 (1) Approve a resolution authorizing the General Manager or his designee to execute a six month option granting the Anderson Community Development Corporation (ACDC) the right to purchase certain parcels of land as described in attached exhibit "A", currently owned by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC), for the purpose of building low income tax credit financed rental units in the SCIP 2 area. Motion a The Board, on Board Member Eric Mitchell's motion and Board Member Gus Garcia's second, approved the execution of six month option granting ACDC the right to purchase certain parcels of land owned by AHFC with a 5-0-2 vote. Board Members Bruce Todd and Brigid Shea were absent. The meeting was adjourned at 3:52 p.m. lv#2399
