Present: Absent: MINUTES OF THE AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING October 19, 1995 Max Nofziger, Ronney Reynolds, Jackie Goodman, Brigid Shea, Gus Garcia, Eric Mitchell Bruce Todd The meeting was called to order at 3:32 p.m. = Item No. 1 (41) Item No. 2 (42) Approve the minutes of August 17, September 14, and September 28, 1995 meetings. Motion The Board, on Board Member Jackie Goodman's motion and Board Member Brigid Shea's second, approved the minutes with a 4-0-1 vote. Board Member Max Nofziger was out of the room. a Approve a resolution authorizing the General Manager or his designee to execute contract with Gene Johnson Builder, Inc., for the construction of 14 single family homes in Scattered Cooperative Infill Housing Program (SCIP) 3 at a total cost not to exceed $825,000. Motion The Board, on Board Member Jackie Goodman's motion and Board Member Brigid Shea's second, approved Item No. 2 (42) with 4-0-0 vote.
