Austin City Council MINUTES JUNE 12,1996 Mayor Pro Tern Garcia called the meeting to order, Councilmembers Shea, Mitchell, Goodman and Reynolds temporarily absent, Mayor Todd absent. PREVIEW OF ITEMS FOR NEXT COUNCIL MEETING 1. Review of Proposed Agenda Items from City Manager for June 27, 1996. 2. Review of Proposed Agenda Items from Council for June 27,1996. ORDINANCES 4. Approve second reading of an Ordinance to amend the Land Development Code to provide for successor departments to Planning and Development, and Environmental and Conservation Services; to establish an environmental review division; and to create an environmental officer. (Councilmembers Max Nofziger and Brigid Shea) Approved second reading only on, Councilmember Nofziger's motion, Councilmember Shea's second, 4-0 vote, Mayor Todd and Councilmembers Mitchell and Reynolds absent.
