Swearing in ceremonies of the newly elected members of the City Council (Oath of Office) The Honorable Jan Breland, Justice of the Peace Precinct 2, Travis County, administered the Oath of Office to the newly elected members of the City Council: Daryl Slusher, Place 1; Jackie Goodman, Place 3, Beverly Griffith, Place 4. Mayor Todd called the meeting to order. 2. Election of Mayor Pro Tern Approved Gus Garcia as Mayor Pro Tern on, Councilmember Goodman's motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, 7-0 vote. ADJOURNED at 3:40 p.m. on, Mayor Pro Tern Garcia's motion, Councilmember Goodman's second, 7-0 vote.
