Austin City Council MINUTES JULY 25,1996 1. Approve a resolution to direct the City Manager to develop a plan to use the drained water from the fill & draw pools for watering trees and grass on City parkland and implement immediately. (Councilmember Ronney Reynolds and Councilmember Eric Mitchell) Approved on Councilmember Griffith's motion, Councilmember Reynolds' second, 5-0 vote, Mayor Todd and Councilmember Mitchell absent. ADJOURNED at 5:20 p.m. Approved on this the 1st day of August, 1996, on, Mayor Pro Tern Garcia's motion, Councilmember Goodman's second, 4-0 vote, Councilmembers Griffith, Mitchell and Slusher temporarily absent.
