Austin City Council MINUTES AUGUST 7,1996 Mayor Todd called the meeting to order, noting all Councilmembers present. 1. Discuss and consider Council Priorities for FY 1996-97. Moderators Oscar Mink and Ralph Gohring 2. Discuss substance and format for Council Budget Worksessions. 3. Discuss Sustainable Community goals. Presentation by Jim Smith, Randy Goss, Randy Duncan and Andrew Martin. ADJOURNED at 2:40 p.m. Approved on this the 15th day of August, 1996, on, Mayor Pro Tern Garcia's motion, Councilmember Griffith's second, 6-0 vote, Councilmember Goodman temporarily absent.
