Austin City Council MINUTES WEDNESDAY, NOVEMBERS, 1996 Mayor Todd called the meeting to order, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Garcia. PREVIEW OF ITEMS FOR NEXT COUNCIL MEETING 1. Review of Proposed Agenda Items from the City Manager for November 21, 1996. 2. Review of Proposed Agenda Items from Council for November 21, 1996. 3. Discuss or respond to questions by the City Council on the November 7, 1996 Council meeting agenda. (Agenda for November 7, 1996 is attached and incorporated by reference.) BRIEFING AND DISCUSSION ITEMS 4. ELECTRIC UTILITY COMPETITIVE ISSUES Presentation given by John Moore. 5. DISPROPORTIONATE SHARE FUND Presentation given by Marcia Conner, Lupe Morin and Mike Abkowitz.
