Aldridge, Secretary Andrew Martin, General Counsel BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION MINUTES THURSDAY, JANUARY 16,1997 The Board meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened. The following agenda item (set forth on the City of Austin Council meeting agenda as item 25) was considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation's Board of Directors. I. Amend Board moratorium of December 12, 1996, (directing the General Manager to place a moratorium on the receipt of any additional applications for funding in connection with all programs managed by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation), and authorize the receipt and funding of applications for the Down Payment Assistance Program. (Remaining funding for the Down Payment Assistance Program in the amount of 5801,350 is available in the portion of the 1996-97 budget approved by the Board of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation.) Resolution No. 97-0116-01 was approved on Board Member Slushor's motion, Board Member Goodman's second by a 4-0. Board Member Griffith was off the dais. President Todd was absent. The meeting was adjourned.
