Authorize the remaining 1996-97 budget for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation, (item 11) Action taken on January 30,1997. 3. Authorize extending or rescinding the December 12, 1996, moratorium placed on receiving new applications for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation's programs, (related to Item 9) (item 12) Action taken on January 30,1997.
