Aldridge, Secretary Andrew Martin, General Counsel BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION MINUTES THURSDAY, JANUARY 30, 1997 The Board meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened at 3:40 p.m. The following agenda items (set forth on the City of Austin Council Meeting agenda as items 27-29) were considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation's Board of Directors. 1 . Presentation of revenues, expenditures, and program activities, (item 27) No action taken. 2. Authorize the remaining 1996-97 budget for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation, (item 28) AHFC Resolution No. 97-0130-01 was approved on Board Member Goodman's motion. Vice President Garcia's second by a 6-1 vote. Board Member Mitchell voted no. 3. Authorize extending or rescinding the December 12, 1996, moratorium placed on receiving new applications for the Austin Housing Finance Coiporation's programs, (related to Item 26) (item 29) AHFC Resolution No. 97-0130-02 was approved on Baord Member Goodman's motion, Vice President Garcia's second b a 6-1 vote. Board Member itchell voted no. The motion to adjourn the Board meeting was approved on Board Member Slushcr's motion, Board Member Goodman's second bv a 6-0 vote. Vice President Garcia was off the dais.
