Austin City Council MINUTES WORKSESSION SPECIAL CALLED MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARYS, 1997 Councilmember Reynolds started the meeting, but did not officially call meeting to order for lack of a quorum, noting the temporary absence of Mayor Todd, Mayor Pro Tern Garcia, Councilmembers Griffith and Mitchell. Mayor Todd arrived at 1:55 p.m. and meeting was called to order, noting the absence of Mayor Pro Tern Garcia. PREVIEW OF ITEMS FOR NEXT COUNCIL MEETING 1.
