Austin City Council MINUTES WORKSESSION SPECIAL CALLED MEETING WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARYS, 1997 Councilmember Reynolds started the meeting, but did not officially call meeting to order for lack of a quorum, noting the temporary absence of Mayor Todd, Mayor Pro Tern Garcia, Councilmembers Griffith and Mitchell.
