Public Hearing regarding proposed amendments to the City Code resulting from the repeal of Subchapter I, Sections 481.141 through 481.143 of the Texas Government Code (S.B. 1704) Discussion held no action taken ADJOURNED at 9:10 p.m. Approved on this the 21st day of August, 1997 on, Mayor Pro Tern Garcia's motion, Councilmember Slusher's second, 5-0 vote, Councilmember Lewis off the dais, Councilmember Spelman absent.
