Austin City Council MINUTES WORKSESSION WEDNESDAY SEPTEMBER 3,1997 Mayor Watson called the meeting to order, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. CITIZENS COMMUNICATION: GENERAL 1. Ms. Pat Valls-Trelies, to discuss the animal shelter. 2. Ms. Anita Prewett, to discuss the Library Audit and Budget. 3. Ms. Theresa Ransom-Nelson, to discuss Humane EducatorA/olunteer Coordinator for Town Lake Animal Center. 4. Mr. Chip Rosenthal, to discuss the Riverside Library.
