Public hearing on the annexation of U.S. 183 West Luther Polnau, City of Austin Manager of Information and Planning, gave a brief overview. 228 Citizens signed appearance cards (on file in City Clerk's Office) ADJOURNED at 11:15 p.m. on Councilmember Slusher's motion, Councilmember Spelman's second, 7-0 vote. Approved on this the 23rd day of October, 1997, on Mayor Pro Tern Garcia's motion, Councilmember Spelman's second, 7-0 vote.
