Aldridge, Secretary Andrew Martin, General Counsel BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION MINUTES THURSDAY, FEBRUARY 12, 1998 The Board meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened. The following agenda item (set forth on the City of Austin Council Meeting agenda as item 52) was considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation's Board of Directors. 1. Approve a resolution to authorize the sale of 900 E. 11th, Ben's BBQ, and the vacant lots located at 901 Juniper and 903 Juniper to Ben's Long Branch BBB, in the amount of $49,244. (All closing costs will be paid by the purchaser.) AHFC Resolution No. 980212-01 was approved on Board Member Goodman's motion, Board Member Spelman's second by a 7-0 vote. The meeting was adjourned.
