Approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 980430-L to modify the requirements for completion of subdivision infrastructure without complying with City development regulations, and waiving the interim zoning classification requirement of Section 13-2-26 of the City Code for approximately 32.433 acres of land out of the Samuel W. Hamilton Survey in Travis County, Texas, generally known as Phase 2 of Park West at Circle C and establishing an interim zoning classification of Interim Single Family (Small Lot) Residence district for the property.
