Austin City Council MINUTES WORKSESSION WEDNESDAY, June 24, 1998 Mayor Watson called the meeting to order noting the temporary absence of Councilmember Spelman. CITIZEN'S COMMUNICATION: GENERAL 1. Gus Pena, to discuss the City of Austin and City Council's obligation and responsibility to its residents and taxpayers. 2. Jennifer Gale, to discuss the Internal Affairs Division. Absent BOARD AND COMMISSION REPORTS 3. DOWNTOWN COMMISSION - Status of Downtown Design Guidelines, - Juan Cotera and Paula Fracasso Presentation given by Juan Cotera and Paula Fracasso. Approve an ordinance amending Ordinance No. 980430-L to modify the requirements for completion of subdivision infrastructure without complying with City development regulations, and waiving the interim zoning classification requirement of Section 13-2-26 of the City Code for approximately 32.433 acres of land out of the Samuel W. Hamilton Survey in Travis County, Texas, generally known as Phase 2 of Park West at Circle C and establishing an interim zoning classification of Interim Single Family (Small Lot) Residence district for the property.
