Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING NOVEMBERS, 1998 Mayor Watson called the meeting to order. Canvass results of City Special Municipal Election of November 3, 1998. Approved Canvass results of City Special Municipal Election for Austin MUD 1, 2 & 3 Dissolution held on November 3, 1998. Approved Items 1 and 2 approved as read on Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Slusher's second, 4-0 vote, Mayor Pro Tern Goodman, Councilmembers Lewis and Spelman absent. ADJOURNED at 10:15 a.m. on Councilmember Garcia's motion, Councilmember Slusher's second, 4-0 vote, Mayor Pro Tern Goodman, Councilmembers Lewis and Spelman absent. These minutes were approved on April 15, 1999 on Council Member Griffith's motion, Mayor Pro Tern Goodman's second by a 6-0 vote. Council Member Garcia was off the dais.
