Austin City Council MINUTES NOTICE OF SPECIAL CALLED MEETING NOVEMBER 30,1998 Mayor Watson called the meeting to order, noting the presence of all Councilmembers. Discuss acquisition/lease of property in the downtown area for city offices. Discussion held, no action taken. ADJOURNED at 3:15 p.m. on Councilmember Lewis' motion, Councilmember Garcia's second, 5-0 vote, Mayor Pro Tern Goodman and Councilmember Griffith out of the room. These minutes were approved on February 17, 2000 on Mayor Pro Tern Goodman's motion, Council Member Garcia's second on a 5-0 vote. Council Member Lewis and Spelman were off the dais.
