(Funding is available in the 1997-98 Capital budget of the Water and Wastewater Utility; $167,273 is available in the 1998-99 Capital budget of the Public Works and Transportation Department; $48,227 is available in the 1998-99 Operating Budget of the Public Works and Transportation Department, Transportation Fund.) (Funding is available in the 1998-99 Capital budget of the Water and Wastewater Utility.) 4.0% MBE, 1.30% WBE Subcontractor participation.
