Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING FEBRUARY 9,1999-6:30 P.M. METZ ELEMENTARY SCHOOL The meeting was called to order by Mayor Pro Tern Goodman, noting the absence of Mayor Watson. 1. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss issues related to the Holly Power Plant. Discussion held, no action was taken. ADJOURNED at 9:30 P.M.
