CITY COUNCIL AGENDA OCTOBER 26,2000 Austin City Council MINUTES SPECIAL CALLED MEETING THURSDAY, OCTOBER 26,2000 The City Council of Austin, Texas, convened in a regular meeting on Thursday, October 26, 2000 in the Board Room at Lower Colorado River Authority Hancock Building, 3700 Lake Austin Boulevard. Mayor Watson called the Special Called meeting to order at 6:27 p.m. 1. Consider a resolution regarding voluntary rollbacks of non-residentially zoned single family residences in the East Cesar Chavez Neighborhood Plan Area and the establishment of requirements for future development projects within the Plan Area receiving development incentives from the City. The East Cesar Chavez Neighborhood Plan Area covers an area bounded on the North by the alley between East 6th Street and East 7th Street, on the East by Chicon Street, on the South by Town Lake and on the West by Interstate Highway 35. (Council Member Raul Alvarez, Council Member Will Wynn and Mayor Pro Tern Jackie Goodman). This item was postponed on Council Member Alvarez' motion, Council Member Griffith's second by a 5-0 vote. Mayor Pro Tern Goodman and Council Member Slusher were off the dais. The meeting was adjourned at 6:30 p.m. on Council Member Griffith's motion, Council Member Alvarez' second by a 5-0 vote. Mayor Pro Tern Goodman and Council Member Slusher were off the dais.
