flUSTIN HOUSING FINRNCE CORPORflTION Kirk Watson, President Jackie Goodman, Vice President Raul Alvarez, Director Beverly Griffith, Director Daryl Slusher, Director Joe Canales, Secretary Andrew Martin, General Counsel BOARD OF DIRECTOR'S MEETING AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION SPECIAL CALLED MEETING MINUTES THURSDAY, APRIL 19, 2001 The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2001, for a Special Called Meeting in the Hancock Building Board Room at the Lower Colorado River Authority, 3700 Lake Austin Blvd. The following agenda were the AHFC items considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation's Board of Directors. The following items were acted on by one motion. No separate discussion or action occurred on any of the items. The consent items were approved on Board Member WyniTs motion, Board Member Alvarez' second by a 4-0 vote. Vice President Goodman and Board Members Griffith and Thomas were off the dais. 1. Approval of minutes for Austin Housing Finance Corporation Special Called Meeting of March 22, 2001. The minutes for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Special Called Meeting of March 22, 2001 were approved. 2. Approve a Resolution to modify existing loan agreements relating to Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) Multilamily Housing Mortgage Revenue Bonds (South Congress Apartments Project) Series 2000 and AHFC Multifamily Housing Mortgage Revenue Bonds (Sphngdale Apartments Project) Series 2000 issued in May of 2000. Resolution No. 010419-2 was approved. 3. Approve a Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Community Housing Development Organization (CI-IDO) Program loan in an amount not to exceed $100,000 to the Blackland Community Development Corporation to assist in the rehabilitation of rental housing located at scattered sites on Salina and Hast 22nd Streets. Resolution No. 010419-3 was approved. The motion to adjourn the meeting at 3:31 was approved on Board Member Wynn's motion, Board Member Slushcr's second by a 4-0 vote. Vice President Goodman and Board Members Griffith and Thomas were off the dais.
