flUSTIN HOUSING Kirk Watson, President Jackie Goodman, Vice President Raul Alvarez, Director Beverly Griffith, Director Daryl Slusher, Director Danny Thomas, Director rlNHNCE COnrOnnllON Jesus Garza, General Manager Joe Canales, Secretary Andrew Martin, General Counsel BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION MINUTES THURSDAY, JUNE 14,2001 The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) was convened at 3:34 p.m. on Thursday, June 14,2001 in the Hancock Building Board Room at the Lower Colorado River Authority, 3700 Lake Austin Blvd. The following agenda were the AHFC items considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation's Board of Directors. 1. Approval of minutes for Austin Housing Finance Corporation Special Called Meeting of May 24,2001. The minutes for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Special Called Meeting of May 24, 2001 were approved on Board Member Alvarez' motion, Board Member Slasher's second by a 5-0 vote. President Watson and Board Member Wynn were off the dais. 2. Approve a Resolution to appoint Betty Dunkerley, L. Matthew Powell and Roger Arriaga to the Board of Directors of the Austin Inner City Redevelopment Corporation (AICRC), a 204(c) 4 corporation that oversees the SCIP I Heritage Heights Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Project. This item was postponed indefinitely. 3. Approve a Resolution authorizing the negotiation and execution of a Rental Housing Development Assistance (RHDA) Program loan in an amount not to exceed $753,931 to Youth and Family Alliance, Inc., DBA LifeWorks, or affiliated entity, for land acquisition and development of the Grove Place Apartments located at 1881 Grove Boulevard. This item was postponed indefinitely. The motion to adjourn the board meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation at p.m. was approved on Board Member Thomas' motion, Board Member Slusher's second by a 6-0 vote. President Watson and Board Member Wynn were off the dais.
