President Garcia called the meeting to order at 3:54 p.m. AHFC-1. Approval of minutes for Austin Housing Finance Corporation Special Called Meeting of October 10, 2002. The minutes for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation Special Called Meeting of October 10, 2002 were approved on Board Member Slusher's motion, Board Member Wynn's second on a 4-0 vote. Vice President Goodman and Board Members Alvarez and Dunkerley were off the dais. AHFC-2. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan in an amount not to exceed $20,000 to the Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation for the rehabilitation of ten affordable rental-housing units located in the Guadalupe Neighborhood. ($20,000 in HOME funding is available in the fiscal year 2002-2003 Austin Housing Finance Corporation budget allocation under the Rental Housing Development Assistance Program.) The motion authorizing the negotiation and execution of a loan was approved on Board Member Slusher's motion, Board Member Wynn's second on a 5-0 vote. Vice President Goodman and Board Member Alvarez were off the dais. AHFC-3. Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan in an amount not to exceed $65,000 to the Guadalupe Neighborhood Development Corporation for the new construction of two affordable single-family rental-housing units located in the Guadalupe neighborhood at 116 Chicon. ($65,000 in HOME funding is available in the fiscal year 2002-2003 Austin Housing Finance Corporation budget allocation under the Rental Housing Development Assistance Program.)
