flUSTIN HOUSING FINflNCE CORPORflTION BOARD OF DIRECTORS' MEETING AUSTIN HOUSING FINANCE CORPORATION SPECIAL CALLED MEETING MINUTES THURSDAY, AUGUST 4, 2005 The Board of Directors of the Austin Housing Fimince Corporation (AHFC) was convened on Thursday, August 4, 2005, in the Council Chambers of City Hall, 301 \V. 2nd Street, Austin, Texas. The following were the AHFC items considered by the Austin Housing Finance Corporation's Board of Directors. President Wynn called the meeting to order at 5:57 p.m. AHFC- 1 Approve the minutes of the July 28, 2005 meeting of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. The minutes for the Austin Housing Finance Corporation meeting of July 28, 2005 were approved on Board Member Dunkcrley's motion, Vice President Thomas' second on a 7-0 vote. AHFC- 2 Approve the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement in an amount not to exceed $71,000 to PARKER LANE SENIORS APARTMENTS, L.P., for the development and construction of 70 units of rental housing on a 4.45 acre tract located at the intersection of the 4000 block of Parker Lane and the 1900 block of Woodward Street. (Funding is available in Housing Trust Funds in the Fiscal Year 2004-2005 Austin Housing Finance Corporation budget under the Rental Housing Development Assistance Program.) The motion authorizing the negotiation and execution of a loan agreement was approved Board Member Kim's motion, Board Member Alvarez' second on a 7-0 vote. The meeting was adjourned without objection at 6:02 p.m.
