NOTICE OF MEETING The Austin Housing Finance Corporation, Board of Directors, will convene at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 14, 2010, in Council Chambers at Austin City Hall, 301W. Second Street, Austin, Texas AGENDA The tioard of Directors will go into a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from legal counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, to discuss personnel matters, or for other reasons permitted ly law us specifically listed on this agenda. If necessary, the Board may go into a closed session as permitted ly law regarding any item on this agenda. 1. Approve the minutes of the August 26, 2010, September 13, 2010 and September 23, 2010 Board meetings of the Austin Housing Finance Corporation. 2. Authorize the negotiation and execution of contract amendments with AUSTIN AREA URBAN LEAGUE, Austin, Texas for 5240,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed $490,000 and MEALS ON WHEELS AND MORE, INC., Austin, Texas for SI 92,000 for a total contract amount not to exceed 5492,000 to provide continued services under the GO Repair! Program. 3. Approve a resolution authorising Elizabeth A.
