NOTICE OF MEETING The Mueller Local Government Corporation, Board of Directors, will convene at 3:00 PM on Monday, September 12, 2011, in Council Chambers at Austin City Hall, 301 W. Second Street, Austin, Texas Mueller LGC Board Members Lee Leffingwell, Chair Sheryl Cole, Vice Chair Chris Riley, Director Mike Martinez, Director Kathie Tovo, Director Laura Morrison, Director Officers Marc A. Ott, President Leslie Browder, Vice President Rodney Gonzales, Secretary Art Alfaro, Treasurer The Board of Directors will go into a closed session under Chapter 551 of the Texas Government Code to receive advice from legal counsel, to discuss matters of land acquisition, to discuss personnel matters, or for other reasons permitted by law as specifically listed on this agenda. If necessary, the Board may go into a closed session as permitted by law regarding any item on this agenda. Approval of Minutes 1. Approval of Minutes for the September 13, 2010 Regular Board Meeting. Consent 2. Appointment of Board Chair Lee Leffingwell, Vice-Chair Sheryl Cole, Director Mike Martinez, Director Chris Riley, Director Bill Spelman, Director Laura Morrison, Director Kathie Tovo, President Marc A. Ott, Vice- President Leslie Browder, Secretary Kevin Johns, and Treasurer Art Alfaro. 3. Approve a resolution adopting the Fiscal Year 2011 - 2012 Mueller Local Government Corporation Operating Budget in the amount of $2,156,744 for the Mueller Redevelopment Project.
